In January of 2011 I began a project I had been considering for years. I wrote a book. I had started writing off and on with the hopes of ending up with a book since I had begun my never-ending (read: way too long and expensive to pay off) collegiate career. But it wasn’t until I finally had to give up on the relationship I wanted the most that I finally started filling out the pages. The book is was designed as an easy read, and it’s a mixture of stories and information on self-worth. The purpose is to help identify how self-worth works in our lives and show how easy it is to use our self-worth to change our lives so that we can experience growth towards the person we want to become. The information I share is what I learned both through my studies and my life experiences, and what led me to the path I am on today.
